U.S.-Only Delivery

We currently ship orders only to valid addresses within the United States.

Standard shipping is provided at no additional cost for all eligible U.S. orders, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Order Processing & Transit Time

After an order is successfully placed, our team prepares and processes it within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Once shipped, standard carrier transit time is estimated at 4–6 business days. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including severe weather, peak shipping periods, carrier delays, and address-related issues.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that carriers may require a short processing period before tracking information becomes available or shows the first update.

Address Changes, Cancellations & Taxes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or has missing contents, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Order cancellation requests may be submitted before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, any return or exchange request will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

Applicable taxes will be collected where required by law.
